TERMS
Khaotic Fabric terms of use
Use Khaotic Fabric only with accounts, data, systems, and capabilities you are authorized to use.
Authorized use
You may use Khaotic Fabric to access the capabilities admitted to your account. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, capability limits, provider restrictions, resource admission, safety controls, tenancy boundaries, or other technical or governance controls.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, abuse connected providers, violate applicable law or third-party rights, or submit secrets or data you are not authorized to disclose.
Third-party services
Khaotic Fabric can rely on third-party platforms, models, providers, networks, identity systems, and APIs. Their availability and behavior are outside Khaotic's exclusive control and may be governed by separate terms.
Capability and authority boundary
Installing or connecting Khaotic Fabric does not grant operator, owner, administrator, or unrestricted provider authority. A requested action may be refused, narrowed, delayed, quarantined, or routed differently when required evidence, authority, capability, provider state, or resource admission is absent.
Changes and availability
The service, available capabilities, providers, interfaces, and public endpoints may change as the product develops. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, no uptime, response-time, support-time, or service-level guarantee is created by these public terms.
High-risk use
Do not rely on Khaotic Fabric as the sole control for emergency, life-safety, medical, legal, financial, or other high-consequence decisions where independent professional review or dedicated safety systems are required.
Privacy
Use of Khaotic Fabric is also subject to the current privacy notice.
