Khaotic Fabric privacy notice

Khaotic Fabric is designed around explicit identity, bounded capability, and governed access rather than public installation implying unrestricted access.

Information processed

Depending on the capabilities you use, Khaotic Fabric may process account and OAuth identifiers, work requests or tool arguments, provider and capability metadata, results and receipts, operational telemetry, and security or diagnostic records needed to perform and govern requested actions.

Connected services

Khaotic Fabric can connect to independently operated services and providers. Data sent to a connected provider is also subject to that provider's terms, privacy practices, account settings, and technical behavior. Khaotic does not treat a connected account as blanket permission to use every resource in that account.

Purpose and access

Information is processed to authenticate users, determine admitted capabilities, route requested work, operate the service, return results or receipts, diagnose failures, enforce security boundaries, and maintain service integrity. Access is limited according to the applicable identity and capability boundary.

Retention

Retention can vary by subsystem, provider, operational requirement, and the type of receipt or evidence involved. Khaotic does not claim a single universal retention period where one has not been formally established. Users should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to provide.

Security

OAuth, capability checks, scoped routing, provider/session currentness, resource admission, and fail-closed behavior are used to reduce unintended access. No security control eliminates all risk.

Your choices

You can stop using Khaotic Fabric, disconnect supported OAuth or provider connections through the relevant account controls, and avoid granting capabilities you do not want the service to use. Account-specific data or access questions should be raised through the canonical support page or admin@khaotic.ai.

This notice may be updated as the product, providers, or operating model change. The version published at this URL is the current public notice.
